Follow-up investigations
Cross-team follow-ups follow your organisation's approval rules. Missing or conflicting evidence is a reason to investigate further, not declare a root cause.

Understanding your business shouldn’t mean losing control.
Know what is shared, who can see it and where human approval is needed. Private dialogue, reviewed contributions and shared information have different boundaries.
Explore the boundariesThese are distinct information states. A private discussion does not automatically become a shared contribution.
A management role is not a pass to read personal conversations. Private dialogue stays separate from company intelligence and shared information.

These states are choices, not an automatic progression. Sharing and access depend on the workflow and workspace configuration. These boundaries do not mean every upload or contribution is private to its author.

A department head or authorised reviewer can clarify, approve or escalate a suggested mission. A response to the employee does not give them restricted management information.
Publishing approvals and access boundaries still apply. People review evidence and decide on actions; generated findings are not automatic assurance verdicts.
Approved company references and reviewed perspectives support the answer. Check supporting material, competing explanations and unanswered questions before acting. Source availability and permissions affect what Fielded can use.
Participation and understanding checks can help identify questions that need attention. They do not certify compliance or guarantee that a policy has been understood in every situation.
